TERMS & POLICIES
Check-in/ Check-out:	3pm/ 11am (or by arrangement)
Rate Inclusions:	Accommodation, all linen, wirelesss broadband internet access & cable/pay TV.
Rate Excludes:	Breakfast, provisions or apartment servicing
Booking Policy:	Full payment is required for bookings made less than 6 months prior to arrival date. For bookings made over six months prior to arrival date, 50% deposit is required. Bookings are to be paid for within 3 days of invoice date. InhousePottsPoint reserves the right to accept other bookings if payment is not received within this time, unless other arrangements are made. NO SMOKING is allowed. No Events. No parties. No more than 2 people sleeping in the apartment.

Final Payment:	Due three months prior to arrival date, if booked more than six months prior to arrival.
Damage to Property:	All damage, theft, repairs, breakage & accounts will be charged to your credit card
Cleaning:	A fee of A$95 is charged for all stays, that goes toward servicing all linen and departure cleaning. Stays of over 30 days will incur an additional A$95 per month. Additional cleaning is available by request.
Maximum Number of People:	2 adults, plus one baby only. No sleeping on sofas or floors is allowed.
Childrens Policy:	Please arrange for, or bring your own cot/bedding.
Cancellation Policy:	Any cancellation must be advised in writing by emai. Once advised, we will try and rebook your dates, however we cannot guarantee rebooking. Cancellation periods prior to arrival date: - 14 days or less - no refund - 28 days or less - 10% refund - 3 months or less - 20% refund - 6 months or less - 30% refund
Noise:	The apartment is located in a residential area, with neighbours above and below, and therefore occupants must comply with the local Government Noise Pollution Act which requires subdued noise levels after 11pm and before 7am. We appreciate your consideration. We do not allow parties to take place in the apartment. If there are any complaints received from our neighbours, you will be required to leave and no remuneration will be provided.
